Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Remnant Designs likes nothing more than to hear that a customer loves their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your ‘ready to go’ item please contact me within 7 days of purchase and we can come to an arrangement to replace/exchange the item.

Please note that this does not apply to custom made items which are non-returnable*.

*Refunds are issued if the product is defective/damaged; the customer is responsible for returning the defective/damaged item.

Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival so please check your item as soon as it arrives. Once a returned item is received, a refund or replacement will be issued to you less the postage costs.

Shipping policies

Ready to go items will be posted within 2 - 3 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Custom made items will be posted within 10 working days of receiving cleared payment or upon timescale as agreed at time of order confirmation.

Items are sent within the UK only at present.

Royal Mail ‘Signed for’ delivery is used.

Remnant Designs cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather conditions, strike action or other issues with the delivery company.

Each piece is made with love and those of the more fragile nature should be handled with care. Jewellery is cleaned prior to posting and I would recommend storing your jewellery in a sealed plastic bag or airtight box when not in use.

Gift Sales
Please let me know if the purchase is a gift and if you wish the invoice paperwork sent separately. Please indicate if you would like your name to appear on a card that will be included if it is a gift package.
