Description

Cute white rabbit bag charm designed for Kawaii fans and bunny rabbits lovers. Sewn in light blue felt with floral fabric and pretty embellishments, this accessory will brighten up a favourite bag, set of keys or planner diary.

Approximate dimensions:
12cm by 3.2cm (4.7” by 1.3”) including the clasp and tassel.
It is slightly padded and has a silver coloured metal swivel lobster clasp attached around a double loop of floral trim.

Cut from baby blue felt and pretty floral fabric, this bag charm has been sewn with a rabbit face white painted wooden button with pink and black features. Decorated with cream, green and grey floral trim edged with pink embroidered stitching and sparkly mint green trim overlay, the bag charm has been further decorated with a selection of buttons, swirly embroidered stitching dotted with a tiny orange flower shaped button and finished with a cream tassel at the base of the charm.

✰ Presented on a raffia tied buff luggage tag and protected inside a clear cellophane bag as shown in the last photograph.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me, I wish for every customer to have a good experience when purchasing from me. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need assistance at any time; organising a custom make, purchasing and payment issues and after sales assistance, I’m here to help as best I can.

You will receive a confirmation email from Etsy and/or Paypal, depending on which method of payment you used. Purchases are mailed upon receipt of payment. If you are using a Paypal e-cheque this can take up to 14 days to clear.

Ready made items are normally mailed (1st class UK, air-mail overseas) the next day and certainly within 3 working days. Saturday and Sunday orders are usually mailed on the Monday and orders placed during seasonal or bank holidays are mailed the next working day. A confirmation email from Etsy will inform you that your order is on its way. Delivery within the UK can take between 1 and 5 days.

Commission items will be dispatched once sewn, approved and purchased – please allow extra time for this.

Items are sent via standard air-mail with a tracked upgrade available at checkout. Delivery times vary - please allow 3-15 business days to Europe, 5-30 days to North America and 7-30 days elsewhere. Postal service delays caused by bad weather conditions, industrial disputes, seasonal holidays etc., are unfortunately out of my control.

Overseas buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. If you are unsure of the fees that may be levied, please check your country’s import policy before purchasing.

Yes! There is an option to upgrade to a tracked service in the UK (Monday - Friday and Saturday delivery) and overseas at checkout for an additional cost.

All items are neatly presented as described in each listing.

By selecting "mark as a gift" at checkout, your item will be mailed without an Ellie's Treasures "thank you for your order" note.

Gift wrapping with optional handwritten gift tag is available as an additional extra at checkout. Items will be neatly wrapped in white tissue bound with natural raffia.

Please ensure the correct recipient address has been entered at checkout.

Please remember all items are individually handmade and I try to give a thorough description, clear photos and approximate sizing. Photos may give the opinion that items are larger than they actually are so I try to include a lifestyle shot to give an idea of scale. Please do check the approximate measurements before ordering.

Please also bear in mind that at times it can be extremely difficult to show the exact colours of an item through photographs and computer screens vary in how they display colours too.

I'm very happy to accept commissions and personalised orders and will keep you informed with a progress update, with photographs, throughout the process.

Metal charms are a zinc alloy composition and I endeavour to source lead, nickel and often cadmium free charms from reliable suppliers. It is best to store items with silver coloured metal charms away from humid conditions to avoid tarnishing. However, a gentle rub with white toothpaste, removing any residue with a damp cloth, can restore a tarnished charm in no time.
