RARE Beautiful French vintage coffee or tea pot signed HB from Brittany France, stoneware with art deco celtic decor 333 (faience de Quimper) 1940's

This is a charming limited edition of the "grès" (stoneware) collection from the famous HB faience company. This collection dates from the 1940's an is decorated with a stylish art deco design mixed with celtic cornamout patterns. This collection is called number 333 and exists in different versions. However the brown stoneware version has become very rare. It is enameled with a beautiful earthy brown colour. The celtic designs are enameled with creamy white and bright blue colors.

The pot is hand signed HB Quimper France 333 PM.

The famous hande-made "faïence de Quimper" has been very popular since the XVIIIth century for its portraying of the Breton folklore and is still very popular today around the world for its quality products.

Despite the fact that this pot is around 60 or 70 years old,it is in perfect vintage condition and seems to have been barely used. Please see all the photos above for details.st photos.
