***Order Large only if your Model 3 or Y has a wireless charging mat. The large version allows you to use the factory phone charging cables to charge your phone on top of the charging mat.
***Order Medium (formerly 8mm)for phones with rugged cases, pop sockets, or extended batteries.
***Order Small (formerly 6mm) for phones with relatively thin cases. The 6mm version will work for most cases, but if unsure which version to order, then order the Medium version, as more phone cases will fit onto the Medium.

Phone Dock extension/adapter for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y.
This phone dock extension extends the height of the phone dock to allow a phone with thick case, pop socket, or extended battery to be docked to the factory charging cable.
Dock extension may also be used in conjunction with wireless charging pads to prevent phones from sliding off the pad.
The charging connectors also stick outwards to accommodate cases with a deep charging cavity.
This phone dock extension sits between the factory phone dock cover and base. This provides a factory appearance. Use with factory charging cable (not included).
Thin phones also connect with no problems.
Installs in just minutes. No tools required. Charging Cables not included.
Note: This is a 3D printed item. It is created layer by layer, and, inherently, minor imperfections are expected. Material is PETG, a safe plastic that is resistant to warping under high temperature.

Before installing this adapter I could not charge my iPhone 8plus with its case on. Now I don't have ANY problems. Just make sure you slide the top piece to the left. I almost tried prying it off but opted to fumble around the digital manual for 10 minutes. Needless to say it is perfect. The picture from the website shows the adapter being white, but it was black, like I wanted.

The 6mm version works perfectly for this phone case (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010MVK0JW/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_j40PCb9DCDYM0). This case is a bit on the bulkier side with the kickstand built in, but 8mm would have been too thick. Probably best to only order the 8mm if you have a large battery pack case or something similar. With the 6mm, its effortless now to place my phone in the dock, as well as remove it. The seller was fantastic. I'd definitely buy from them again. Overall, highly recommended. Thanks again!

I initially ordered the 8mm version and found it a little too loose for my phone which has a case and ring holder. I reached out to the seller and they sent me a replacement 6mm which works perfectly. I would say buy the 8mm if you use a pop socket but buy the 6mm if you have a case and ring holder. It works great and I can easily connect my iPhone now. Very happy with this purchase!
