The Roll Top Camera Backpack: So the bag is absolutely amazing, well designed and great quality. But let’s talk about customer service. Vlad not only worked with all of my questions for days on end, he went and measured the exact backpack he would be sending me to make sure everything would fit and even went one step further to let me know how it would work for air travel and look up those parameters. After it was delivered he even checked back in with me to make sure it was everything I needed. My fiancé’s birthday is next week and I am bursting at the seams to give him it. With the absolutely amazing quality of the bag and the help from Vlad, I don’t give 5 stars lightly. Will definitely look to use their shop in the future and may even want my own roll top back pack!
