Personalized ID tags non-refundable. Please note that general wear and tear will occur the more your pet wears the tag. Please double check the spelling of the pet's name and phone number is correct when you place your order.

Tag Replacement Policy:
We will issue 1 replacement tag if your dog happens to chew it or other damages occur within 1 month after purchase. After the one replacement, you are responsible to replace the tag from there on out. If you need a replacement tag please send a photo when requesting a replacement
