Personalized Basketball Towel, Embroidered Team Gift

This Personalized Basketball Towel #2 is perfect for your favorite basketball player. It is a lightweight towel with an embroidered basketball design and the player's name included. A number can also be added. The towel measures approximately 16x26. **For the font pictured, only capital letters are available. A team name may be added above the ball for an additional charge (this choice is available in the drop-down menu).

**The exact color and style of the towel may vary slightly, based on availability from my suppliers. Not all of the sport towels are the same style. Some have a decorative band, and others do not. For those that do, the design will be stitched above the band. The photo in the listing shows the towel styles I prefer and use most often.

***I have a limited area to stitch and cannot fit personalization that is longer than one or maybe two shorter names/words. Personalization is limited to 12 characters. Personalization is limited to 12 characters.

***Colors in pictures look different on various devices and screens. If you are unsure about a towel color you see, please message me. Refunds will not be issued for color choice mistakes or misinterpretations.

***If no color or lettering specifics are requested I will assume you want the item as pictured and will stitch it as such, or in the color I deem looks best on the towel color ordered. Refunds and replacements will not be given if you don't like the color and you failed to specify the color you wanted.

***I communicate only through Etsy so that I have a record of the conversation and can refer back to it if necessary, so please make sure you are receiving your Etsy messages and notifications.

***If you need your item by a certain date, please contact me BEFORE ordering to make sure that is achievable. Once I have stitched the order it is not be returned or canceled. Orders of more than 5 towels are considered large orders and may take additional time to complete.

I will make sure to ship your items within the posted production time, but due to significant and frequent delays within the postal service that are beyond my control, I cannot guarantee a delivery date. For domestic orders: If your item has not arrived by the delivery date and you notify me within two days of that date, I will file the necessary forms with USPS and see if I can locate your package. After exhausting all methods through the postal service (which can take several weeks), if the package cannot be located I will gladly issue a replacement or refund. I cannot offer refunds or replacements for international orders as I have no way to file a claim for those.
