Our products are guaranteed to be free from defect or workmanship. If a defect is found, we replace at no charge. Because I was not contacted by this client personally about a defect, but saw this review instead, I reached out to her to inquire about the pillow she received and asked her to submit a photo to me via email. The pillow she received is exactly what she ordered and the printing was of superior quality and free of defects in sewing and workmanship. Her only complaint to me, when asked, was she thought the pillow could have been fluffier. We use a standard pillow form insert in all of our pillows. I encourage my customers to look at client review photos and read the listing description before purchase so they understand what they are purchasing. In this case, her review was a subjective one on the filling.
