Returns and exchange details

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund. Your refund will be processed once we have received the item(s).

Items must be in original condition, and in their original box. Please ship back to us in the same way they were sent to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping policies

All shipping and packaging fees are calculated into the shipping total.

A tracking number will be provided with each order.

The address stated in the payment transaction will be the shipping address, unless otherwise noted.

Faster shipping and insurance are always available. To request this, please message me!

LOST/DAMAGED BY POST OFFICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us via Etsy and we will look into your order details and can assist you in getting it straightened out with USPS. Thank you for your understanding with this.

RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned because the address provided to Etsy was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will need to repay shipping and handling before we will send the package again.

Also note that your piece may take several days to pass through Customs in your country. You are responsible for checking its status through USPS tracking or contacting them directly.
