Belonging to my Native Life Series is Sustaining the Tribe which has measurements of 10" height and 6 1/4" width.

The Kokopelli is known as the ambassador of the Southwest. He is a common fertility symbol dating back to petroglyph art.He is also known as the seed bringer and water sprinkler honored as a kachina by most Pueblo cultures.

While I was creating this Kokopelli, I decided to shade him in with dots using pyrography and added 5 turquoise rounds down his back.I highlighted his form with a black inlace with turquoise colored flakes inlaid on each side in the shape of a quarter moon.Black horsehair is attached around the opening.
