We are happy to get a replacement sent out for you! If items are damaged in transit, The White Invite will replace items as long as the broken item and original packaging (including box) are kept in order for a claim to be placed through USPS. You have 7 days to let us know of anything that arrived damaged. The same shipping method will be used to mail out the replacements as the original shipment. The White Invite is not responsible for paying expedited shipping for replacements due to damages by mail carriers.

All orders will be shipped to the address listed here on Etsy. In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, The White Invite does wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation with the mailing authority. If the package is deemed lost by the postal service itself, replacement items will be issued (please allow 7 business days for the research to take place). Great quality tumbler and done just as I ordered. I asked for gold lettering on rose gold cup which was a big mistake. It looked awful. Did wish that they would of reached out to let me know it was not a good look and asked if I would like to change it. Could not see name really.

I bought one for me and one for my friend-he's so excited and like it and bring it with him when he's goes any where. I also desire to buy some for my nieces but they not using the tumbler as their habit. So I am waiting for Etsy has new products with same option like as tumbler.
