I had ordered what I saw in the picture, or so I thought. When they arrived, they were different, however they were beautifully made. Each leaf was wrapped and wound into the central stem. The leaves are not stuck into a pointed piece of plastic jutting out from the stem, like so many cheaper floral arrangements are. They are sturdy yet pliable. Arrived safely and on time. Unfortunately, for my purpose, I really needed the ones pictured, which were slightly different than the ones I got. When I reached out to Daisy Miller, and explained the situation, the customer service was excellent, communication exceptional and deserving in all areas of 5 STARS PLUS SOME! Thank you so much for a beautiful product and understanding customer care!
