This product can be purchased as a printed item that is shipped to you, or as a personalised digital file to print yourself.


PRINTED & SHIPPED OPTION

To purchase this item as a physical item that we print and ship to you, please select your preferred print size from the drop down menu boxes. Table card stands are not included, but available to purchase separately, see link below.

We will create your design based on the information that you provide when ordering. We provide a proof before printing your order. The print options are printed and shipped to you.

Print sizes

● A6 (105mm x 148mm) (approx 4.1 x 5.8 inch)
● 5x7 inch (127x178mm)
● A5 (148mm x 210mm) (approx 5.8 x 8.2 inch)

Printing options:

Single sided: Your table card design will be printed on one side of the card, the back of the card is the unprinted card.

Double-sided: Your table card will be printed with the same design on both sides of the card.


HOW TO ORDER

Please use the drop-down boxes to select the number of different cards you would like. Then select the printed card size, and if you would like them printed single sided or double sided. We also have the option for the personalised digital file.

The drop down boxes are at the top of the product page either to the left of or below the product images.

Box 1 - "Pack size (number of different cards) "
Select the number of different cards you would like to order.
For example, select "8 cards" and we will create 8 different card designs.

Box 2 - "Printed size or Digital file"
Choose the Printed size or the personalised Digital File.
Example 1 - select "5x7" single sided" and we will create and print the cards for you in this size.
Example 2 - select "personalised Digital File" and we will create and prepare the digital file for you.

If there is an additional box titled 'quantity' please leave it set to 1.


SENDING YOUR DETAILS

To personalise your order please enter the details into the small text box on the cart page / send the details in an Etsy conversation message.



DISPLAYING YOUR CARDS

If you are using a card holder, we recommend one that holds the card securely at the bottom.
The cards will stand up on their own if they are placed directly on the table, leaned against a vase, etc.

PERSONALISED DIGITAL FILE OPTION

Prefer to print yourself? We create your custom design in 2 - 5 business days and provide you with a print-ready digital file for local or online printing.

~A proof is always sent for your approval before finalising your design.
~Important: Please let us know your intended print size at the time of ordering.
~Digital files are provided as high-resolution (300dpi) print-ready PDFs, JPGs, or PNGs.
~Files are delivered conveniently via DropBox.
~Note: Our digital files are not templates and are not editable by you.
~Use coupon code "DigitalFile" on the cart/basket page to remove shipping costs. This code is for digital file purchases only; no physical prints will be sent.



OUR DESIGN PROCESS

● Design - After receiving your order and all details required to create it, we will start work on your design. Our turnaround times differ per product.
● Preview - As soon as your design is ready we will send you a digital preview image to review.
● Edits - Orders include one change with a follow-up proof image. Further changes will incur an additional fee.
● Print - We require proof approval before finalising an order.


DELIVERY

Please ensure you allow at least one week between the latest estimated delivery date and your event. Delivery dates shown are estimates, and occasional delays can occur in transit.

We want to make sure your order arrives in plenty of time for your special occasion, so this extra buffer helps account for any unforeseen delays.

Delivery in the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland:

● Standard delivery: Royal Mail. A signature is required upon delivery.
● Royal Mail Tracked: After the item is dispatched, Royal Mail will aim to deliver the next working day, but not guaranteed.
● Royal Mail Special Delivery: After the item is dispatched, Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day.
● DPD Next Day: After the item is dispatched, DPD aims to deliver the next working day.

International delivery:

● DHL / UKMail: The delivery aim is between 3 - 6 days, depending on your location. Please add the item to your cart and check the cart page for the estimated delivery time. All international deliveries include a tracking number, and their position can be tracked fully once it has been exported from our country, which is usually 2 business days after dispatch. Please provide a contact telephone number when ordering, for delivery purposes only. Please note that we are unable to post to Military addresses, due to courier restrictions.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

● Delivery - Please allow at least one week between the last delivery date and your event. We recommend a week or more as delivery dates are estimated and unfortunately delays can occur.
● Please note that printed colours may vary from what you see on your screen as all screens are set up differently. If you would like to see the printed colour, please order a sample first.
● Please note that no changes can be made to an order once it has been approved for printing.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS
● The paper/card that we use for products are FSC Certified using an Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF) process and produced to the ISO14001 standard.
● We package the products in all-board cardboard envelopes made from recycled card.
● We avoid using plastic wherever possible.
