Returns and exchange details

*Item returns due to a mistake that I might make are accepted no later than 5 days from arriving to your house. I will offer a store credit once item has been returned to me unworn, undamaged and still new. You are responsible for the return postage and postage paid by me is non refundable.

*I do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.

*Although every effort is made to photograph my items accurately and describe my products in detail, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. Due to different computer monitors/calibrations colors may vary slightly from the picture.

*PLEASE contact me before purchasing if you need it by a certain date. I will not refund or cancel an order if you fail to read my shop announcement stating cut-off dates for certain holidays.

*You need to make sure that the address given is the correct shipping address. If you give me an incorrect address and I've already shipped your item to that address, I am not held responsible for the mistake and no refund will be given. I always ship to the address given to me by Etsy.

*Custom orders are non-refundable.

*Patterns are non-refundable.

I cannot be held responsible if a buyer purchases a pattern listing thinking it's the finished item. Once the files are downloaded, that buyer is in possession of my work and refunds will not be given. This is why it's important to read the whole listing so you know what you're buying! :)

Shipping policies

Please note that I'm shipping from Canada. If you're outside the country, please keep in mind that it takes longer to ship than if you were buying within your own country. Crazy Canadian weather will sometimes have delays in shipping. For US customers, I've noticed that mid and southern states take the longest to arrive.

For international orders, I am not held responsible if there is an extra cost for duties on the arrival of your package. This is something that each country's government has control over. You should familiarize yourself with your country's import laws.

All my items are placed in large freezer bags inside the poly mailer to protect them during shipping. This method has saved a few items from destruction due to processing mishaps from the postal service.

I do custom orders! Please don't hesitate to send me a convo if you have any questions. I'll be more than happy to answer them in a timely manner.

I do require full payment before a custom order is started.
