TshirtMax values its customers and makes sure that they never leave unsatisfied. On the other hand, if any of the t-shirts we provided don’t meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 7 days from the day you received your order, no questions asked. We only offer a 7 day guarantee because we feel as if you will know whether or not you like the tee(s) at first sight.

Two choices will be available to you regarding this scheme: you may exchange the item under consideration for another product OR have your Paypal account refunded the full price of the item(s) you purchased minus the shipping cost.

HOW TO RETURN
If you wish to return any of our t-shirts, log into your account, go to the completed orders section, and click return item(s) on the order you wish to return. In the return request please let us know if you would like to receive a refund or if you would like to exchange the item you bought for another one. When returning the item, please make sure that you keep the following requirements in mind:

The client will be responsible for all shipping charges.
The package will not be our responsibility unless it arrives at the warehouse. Therefore, it’s advisable to issue a tracking number before you ship it back to us.
Inside the package you send back to us please include information on whether you would like a refund to your Paypal account or an exchange. If your choice is an exchange, please include the color, size, item number and/or title.

You can select 2 shipping services, one that provides a tracking number, and one that does not:


The first service, USPS First Class Mail International (Flat Rate Worldwide), DOES NOT provide a tracking number. According to USPS, delivery time using this service usually takes between 2-4 weeks.


The second service, USPS Priority Mail International Service (Flat Rate Worldwide), DOES provide a tracking number. According to USPS, delivery time using this service usually takes between 6-10 business days.


Please understand that after we send your item to the post office, we have no control over your package. From that moment on, the package is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service or your country’s postal service. If there is a problem with the package before it leaves the United States, USPS will send the package back to us or we can find out more about the situation. However, we cannot be sure other countries’ postal services have the same practices. Please bid on items if you have complete trust in your country’s postal service.

Please understand that most international delivery delays are postal delays that we are not aware of. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
