The original Chrome Venus Heart Key Chain is handmade in San Francisco and available in 4 color options!

Inspired by the goddess of love, this heart key chain is sure to turn some heads and even break some hearts!

Our iridescent vinyl is handmade with a unique texture that is designed to reflect light and give a holographic effect. Our fabric is unlike anything else on the market because it is carefully prepped and made right in our studio!

All of our items are handmade with love and care. Please note that variations may be slightly different than shown on pictures due to this fact.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


All of our pieces are made to order in any size! Just simply message or e-mail us your bra size, hip measurement, and height and we can arrange it for you. Please provide your bra size (in US sizing) and hips in inches.

*Please ensure your measurements are correct as we are not liable for incorrect measurements that are provided to us.

*Larger size bras may be subject to an additional fee for the price difference depending on the vendor.
Our bras are standard U.S. measurements (band, in inches and cup size), while our skirts are based on either waist or hip measurements (in inches). The easiest way to measure yourself is to grab a measuring tape, stand with your legs together and measure around the area where you would like the skirt to sit. This usually is on the natural waist or high hip, depending on how much coverage you would like.

Keep in mind our skirts have an adjustable Velcro closure up to 2" and can also be shortened or extended based on your height!

Please let us know your exact bra and/or skirt measurement, and height in the notes section when purchasing.
Our designs are made out of an iridescent vinyl which is carefully prepped and handmade right in our studio! There are also Swarovski crystals accenting the garments which may have a temperamental nature.

Please do not machine wash or dry your bra, skirt, or accessories. Simply spot-clean with Shout wipes or a damp cloth if needed. Store your bra on a hanger, and fold your skirt flat into a tri-fold like shape without any added pressure to prevent damage. When sitting either lift the panels up or remove your skirt.

If traveling with our costumes, we recommend you packing it in a carry-on luggage that will be handled with care.
We will also send you replacement crystals you may attach back on if needed.
We will gladly accept exchanges for a different size if your item(s) do not fit properly. (Excluding custom designs)
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will only accept exchanges for items that are in its original condition (unworn and unwashed) with the tags still attached. We do not accept returns, as our products are made to order. Please, be advised that buyers will need to pay for the exchange postage.

We will on accept cancellations within 24 hours after the order is placed. No exceptions.

*We are not liable for any misuse or improper care of your garments. We will not exchange damaged items, due to the customer's improper care, or lost or stolen products.
We ship domestically through USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking, and an average of 2-3 day shipping (plus processing time).

We also offer international shipping which rates may vary by country. We ship through Priority Mail International, which includes tracking and an average of 6-10 business days (plus processing time). Please, be advised that buyers will be responsible for any local import taxes or fees.

If you need your items expedited, we do offer Express shipping at an additional charge for both domestic and international orders.

We are not liable for any lost/stolen/damaged items or packages that may be delayed or held during transit. Please provide the correct shipping address before purchasing.
Our current processing time, once we receive your order, is 3-4 weeks for full outfit or a separate piece purchases, and 1-2 weeks for accesories. This may vary during our busy seasons (spring and summer festivals and Halloween), so we may need to extend this time.

We will do our best to meet your time requirements. However, if a package is delayed due to transit or customs, we are not liable.

*Depending on our availability, you may be able to pay an additional rush charge for your order and expedited shipping.

Please contact us if you are unsure whether or not your order would be completed by a certain time.
We now offer payment plans to accommodate your budgeting needs! The first deposit is processed through Etsy, while all other payments will be processed through PayPal invoices. We will not ship your items until the order is fully paid.

We require a 35% non-refundable deposit before we begin processing your order. You have the option to choose from 2-4 payments (weekly or monthly) including the deposit, which must be stated prior to the first installment. All custom order deposit and payments are non refundable. We do not allow coupon codes for payment plans.

The buyer is responsible for paying off the entire order at least 2 weeks before the item is needed (domestic orders) so that we are given enough time to finish and ship your order.
We will accept custom orders only if we are allowed enough time prior to the event, and if we are not booked up already. Custom orders are made to your specifications, which is why they are non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged.

We will allow payment plans for custom orders, however these installments are non refundable. See Payment Plan FAQ for more information.

We also do not allow the use of coupons for custom orders.

Disclaimer: In the event that there is a custom order stemming from an idea from a customer, we will be the ones executing the final design(s), pattern(s), technology(ies) and creating the product. Due to this reason, we reserve the right to recreate ANY custom order design, unless otherwise previously disclosed.
Please ensure that your measurements are correct as we are not liable for incorrect measurements that are given to us.

Once we finalize your design and complete your illustration, any further changes will incur an additional fee depending on the scale.
