What are Editable Files?

I've formatted files some files in my shop to be "editable". All you need is Adobe Reader which is free with the link below if you don't already have it. This means you can click where it says "EDIT HERE" on the documents and type in your student/resident names. You can print the file, change the names again, and print as many times as you need.

You can also prep your files by copying the files. Colors, fonts, and sizing cannot be changed without the paid adobe reader. Some school computers have this program on their computers, especially in graphic design lounges or specific computers in libraries. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I am pretty good at responding!

Printing recommendation:

Typically standard copy paper is 16-24Ib but if you want your door decs to last the whole year, it is recommended you use 65Ib. You can also print on standard copy paper and back it with a card-stock, leaving a small boarder for a more professional look. Typically you can find different colors and patterns of card-stock in the craft isle at a Meijer or Walmart, as well as in the paper isle of a craft store. I personally use 65lb Recollections brand.
