We include detailed installation instructions with every order. Please note that we are not responsible for the application or installation of decals. If a replacement decal is needed, feel free to contact us — a small re-cut fee may apply. Because every surface can vary, we cannot guarantee adhesion on all materials or finishes. Refunds are not available for decals that do not adhere properly to your chosen surface.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

New Paige New Adventure is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Do you send proofs before you ship items?

On select listings, we will send a mock up proof here on Etsy for you to approve or make changes to. If you do not respond by the ship date, we will ship the deal as is.

If any decals are received damaged, you must send images in order for us to process any credits. If the damage is due to the carrier, you will need to process a claim directly with them.

Backdrop Installation Troubleshooting Tips

-Always apply to stretched spandex: Never apply the vinyl while the backdrop is off the frame. The spandex needs to be stretched completely taut on the stand first, otherwise stretching it later will pop the vinyl right off. -Reactivate the glue with heat: If the edges are lifting, use a hair dryer on a low setting 3-4 inches away from the vinyl. Apply heat for 3-5 seconds to soften the adhesive, then firmly press it down into the fabric with a clean cloth. -Clean the fabric: Dust, hair, or residual soap from washing the backdrop can prevent the adhesive from bonding. Wipe down the fabric surface with a lint-free cloth or wash and dry the cover.

Decal Installation Troubleshooting Tips

-Place the decal face down. -Rub the back of the backing paper firmly with a credit card. You may need to apply significant pressure. -Carefully peel back the backing paper, leaving the transfer tape flat on the table. -If any vinyl letters remain attached to the backing paper, use your fingernail to gently help them release and stick to the transfer tape.

🧼Installation Instructions :

• Clean the surface: Use rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner for glass; for wood, ensure it’s smooth and preferably sealed.
• Apply the decal: Peel off the backing, place the decal sticky side down, and firmly smooth it with a credit card or similar tool.
• Remove the tape: Slowly peel off the transfer tape.
• Cure time: Allow 24–48 hours before use.
