All prints are carefully rolled and securely packaged into cardboard tubes to avoid any damage. When removing your print upon delivery, delicately shake the tube upside down so the print begins to fall out, then gently remove it with two fingers to avoid any damage. Our paper is of premium quality and a heavy weight however extra care should always be taken. The print will flatten out perfectly beneath a frame.

Canvas artwork are delivered wrapped in bubble wrap. Go very careful when removing the packaging as to not allow any weight directly onto the canvas material as this could cause indentations. The artwork is simply ready to hang using fixtures of your choice.

As our products are made to order we cannot accept returns other than for the following reasons; the item is damaged upon delivery, the wrong item/size was sent, there is a clear issue with the quality.

The dimensions given for our Prints are in centimetres. Please check carefully before ordering that you are happy with the size. All artwork is printed edge to edge on the paper so there is no border around the image. If this is something you require, please get in touch and we can customize it to suit your requirements.


Our canvas artwork comes in 3 sizes, of which are measured in Inches. The size given is the actual frame size and the size that the artwork will appear on the front of the canvas. Please check carefully before ordering that you are happy with the size.

Our Canvas prints are carefully packaged with a generous amount of bubble wrap and securely placed inside a mail bag that is fastened with fragile tape to ensure extra care is taken by the carrier.

All canvas prints are stretched tightly by hand over 18mm stretcher bars (this is the depth of the canvas frame) to give a stunning finish that is ready to hang.

Dependant on the actual artwork itself will dictate whether the artwork is seen around the sides of the frame as well. How we make this decision is based upon the level of detail around the edges of the artwork. In the instance where the image is kept just to the front, a complimentry colour will be selected for the sides to give the best overall finish.

We pride ourselves on only ever selling artwork that is of the highest quality and suitable for large scale printing to avoid any pixelation and colour loss in all print sizes. Brush strokes and original markings made in the artwork when it was created are not a representation of poor quality or pixelation but simply details that are part of the image.

Colour on screen can vary ever so slightly to what is printed. This is due to the display on different monitors and your print will never be significantly different. If you have any problems or questions with regards to the colour of your print we will be more than happy to discuss this with you.
