Because these are digital files, once you have received edited proofs or final file free of watermark, I cannot offer any refunds. However if you have not received any proofs I can offer you a refund. I understand that things happen and am happy to work with you. Just email me via Etsy.

To protect the integrity of the invitation, I am able to personalize your invitation with minimal things ie. colors, wording and/or your data information. Please specify what you would like when you email me with your personal information. I am happy to make any changes I can.

I will make any corrections that are needed and send to you for final approval before sending you your final proofs for printing. If you would like a custom made invitation please contact me and share me your ideas. I will let you know if I can accommodate your needs. The cost to design you a custom invitation varies on the complexity of the invitation and my time to create it for you.

No you will receive a PDF file for you to print at home or your favorite copy center.

PLEASE save your file to a flash drive before going to copy center. Copy centers will NOT open files directly from your phone or emails. This will save you from having to make a second trip.

I know things happen unexpectedly, I can make any corrections that you need for free within 30 days. After the 30 days there is a $5.00 fee for any corrections. If you have already printed the invitations and then notice a mistake, I can ONLY correct the error. I am not responsible for any printing costs you have already incurred. PLEASE make sure you proof-read thoroughly before giving your final approval.

I totally understand that computers are not reliable. I always recommend saving your files on a flash drive for this very reason. If for some reason that is not available I can resend the exact file free of charge up to the date of your event.

PDF files typically offer the best printing quality. This is what I use when I print at my favorite copy center. Saved in high resolution, I will load as many invitations as I can fit on a letter size sheet of paper with bleed and cutting marks.

The paper I choose depends on the project I am printing. Cardstock 110 pound, 12 pt. matte and lightweight shimmer paper are all papers I have used. Also the type of paper you select may alter the ink colors slightly. If you unsure ask your copy center associate to show you the difference and feel the paper.

Whenever trying to open or view any of the PDF files please do not attempt on your phone but use a computer. Phones are not equipped most times to open large files and errors occur.
