Address Labels are shipped within 1-2 business days. Address Stamps are shipped within 3-5 business days. Allow 2-4 days for postal delivery once the order is shipped.

We do our best to ensure all orders are made correctly and as ordered, but with the volume of orders received, mistakes can happen. If the mistake was made by us, we will promptly remake the item and ship out another. If the mistake is made by the customer, we do work with you and offer a discount for a remake. Unfortunately we have no way to locate the package once it shows delivered.

It may have been put in someone else's box or the postal courier failed to leave it.
If you have the ability to contact you're courier or visit the post office with the tracking number, they should be able to help you locate.

Let us know if its still missing, and the postal service could not locate.

We do check all stamps before shipping. We have also stamped the card on top.

Be sure to test your stamp on a sheet of copy paper that is on a flat surface before stamping your envelops.

When stamping on envelopes, use two hands and make sure you are stamping on a flat surface.

If your stamping on the front of the envelope, it would be best if you could use a piece of card stock inside the envelope, to make sure the surface is flat. Envelopes have ridges where it is folded over, and this can cause uneven stamping and ghosting in some areas.

If your stamping on the flap, open the flap and make sure your on a flat surface.

The ink is good for thousands of impressions.
