All paid orders will be ship by Costa Rican Certified Mail. Items in stock will be shipped the next Monday after payment confirmation. Please allow up to 1 1/2 weeks for shipping of custom and made-to-order items. This kind of mail takes from 2 to 3 weeks. I will be sending your tracking number ASAP. If you would like a faster/alternate method, please contact me before buying an item, I will do my best to meet your deadline. Any additional duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer, (taxes, VAT, fees, customs, etc). Since I ship to the address listed in the Etsy transaction, please ensure this is your correct address.

Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure a safe delivery. Even though
insurance is not required, let me know if you would like rates so it can be applied
to your order. I would recommend it for breakable items or if there is a history of
packages being lost or stolen in your area.
