You can apply diluted PVA or latex mixtures to the tissue paper without losing colour as this paper is bleed resistant. Great to work over wet strength tissue paper.

If you are packaging items that are designed for food use (eg. crockery, cutlery etc ) this acid free tissue paper must be used to prevent acid or any poisons being released.
