Can I return items purchased from 527 Photo?

Of course! Please contact 527 Photo within 30 days of the item's delivery and ship it back within 45 days. All shipping charges are non refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. What if my package is lost in transit or I never received it?

Sometimes, packages get lost but we'll work with you to make sure you receive your order! Please note, if your package shows on the carrier tracking page that it has been delivered, per policy, a refund cannot be issued. Refunds can only be issued if the items have been returned to 527 Photo by either the buyer or shipping carrier.

How are prints packaged for shipment?

Prints 18x24 inches and smaller will be shipped in a sturdy flat package. Prints over size 20x30 inches will likely be rolled and shipped in a tube depending on your location.

I live outside of the United States. Do I have to pay customs fees?

Yes, customs fees are at the buyer's expense and vary by country.

Can I buy digital downloads?

At this time, we do not offer digital downloads.

Can a print's orientation be changed?

Some art prints can printed in another orientation (horizontal, vertical or square) but not all, so please just message us with details on which print you want to change the orientation and we'll let you know.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We print all of our art prints through a third party professional printing facility in California to offer our customers the best quality prints at the lowest price. Because of this, we can only offer a free change or cancelation of an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed. If the 30 minute time frame has passed, we can cancel the order for a fee of $40 or, once you receive the order, you may ship it back to us for a refund.

Does 527 Photo do collaborations with influencers?

Absolutely! We work with an influencer agency and all influencers must be approved through their platform before joining a 527 Photo campaign. ***Please note, orders in relation to a campaign are not eligible for a refund once the influencer has posted on Instagram and been reimbursed by the agency.***
