I received very good customer service from this ETSY store. There was a bit of confusion over the order I placed and Nail worked very hard at a resolution. Even when I thought I would just let it go, he contacted me again to make sure he could find a solution that I would be happy with. I appreciate his persistence, because I feel like we might end up with a more useful product than the one I had originally ordered. I would recommend this shop.
