Gift wrapping and packaging

All bookmarks and stickers are sent out in envelopes with thick card to protect them from bending, and all bookmarks and stickers are wrapped in tissue paper. All packaging can be recycled. Please recycle, save the turtles.

• Magnets that I use on the magnetic bookmarks are 0.8mm thick. • The are strong and stay on your page without risk of any damage to your book. • All magnets are tested on 210gm card before being sent out to you • Refunds & exchanges cannot be given. If you would prefer a thicker, stronger magnet I also have some 1.5mm magnets but these will only be used on your bookmarks IF you request them. If you don't I will send out your bookmarks with the 0.8mm magnets and once prepared/sent out, these cannot be changed. I am not liable for any damage these magnets may cause to your books Please remember that the reason I use thinner magnets is so that there is no risk of damage to thinner book pages.

I use 210gm Inkjet Matte card to make my bookmarks so please be aware before purchasing that they are not like other bookmarks. The quality is very high and they are vibrant. They have a soft texture and work perfectly fine as bookmarks as long as they are looked after. • None of my bookmarks are laminated but if you wish to do this yourself, you may. • If you purchase any of my items and do not like the card when it arrives I will not offer refunds or exchanges.

Custom & Personalised Designs

• I offer custom and personalised items. If you would like a custom bookmark/sticker making, or one of the designs personalising please contact me. To find out more about the custom items, please check out the custom listing. All information is on there. • Please note that once a design has been made the order cannot be cancelled or returned. All my bookmarks are available as printables. • Contact me to let me know which ones you would like to recieve on a PDF file. • A custom listing will be made just for you to purchase and the PDF file including your bookmarks will be sent to you by email. Prices depend on each other.

Shipping varies for every order. • UK items are sent Royal Mail 1st class and should be with you within 2-5 working days. • International orders can take from 1-6 weeks but can take up to 12 weeks. Please contact me if this time passes and you still haven't received your order. • All international orders are sent tracked. Please always double check your address. If your address is wrong on the order there is nothing I can do about it once your order is posted. If your order doesn’t arrive and you haven’t contacted me within 3 months I cannot replace your order. Refunds can’t be given and postage will have to be paid for any replacements. If your order was a large order you will have to pay for the whole order again.

• All indiviual stickers are printed on white glossy paper. • Sticker sheets are printed on matte photo paper • They are high quality but not water resistant so please take care where you place your sticker. • All stickers are printed and cut by me.

From the 1st of July EU orders may be subject to a VAT charge upon arrival at customs. The customer be required to pay this. VAT charges are not included in my prices so please be aware that there could be an extra charge before you receive your item. If you have paid these charges already to etsy within your order, you may be able to contact them and receive a refund for the extra tax you may have paid at customs. BOOKMARKS ARE PRINTED ON THIN CARD.
bookmarks are printed on 210gsm premium inkjet card, this means they are thinner than most usual bookmarks
BUT they are durable. They last if they are looked after and do not damage easy.
They are premium quality, matte & vibrant with a high colour payoff and soft velvet texture.
They ALL have a plain white back and the inside of magnet bookmarks are plain white too.

MY BOOKMARKS ARE NOT LAMINATED.
i unfortunately do not offer lamination currently.

SIZES ARE:
>15.5cm x 5cm for regular bookmarks.
This differs for every magnetic bookmark.

EVERYTHING IS RECYCLABLE
no plastic is used and everything can be recycled so please make sure you do ♡

PLEASE KEEP READING FOR IMPORTANT DETAILS.

I use this card because I personally, and it seems many other people, prefer thinner bookmarks that still allow for a good quality print.
Using this card and only printing one sided means that I can produce high quality bookmarks and keep the price down for you.
