I ordered a live banana spider, which I was quite surprised that I was able to find one for my grandson and when it was never delivered, I found out that it was supposed to be a 4×7 picture of a banana spider, for$ 50.00 ? That's crazy. I would never by a picture of a spider for $50.00 dollars. I could've painted one myself. The seller said that she would refund my money, if I sent the picture back, but it was never received and as far as I know, it was never even delivered, because I have neighbors who watch out for me and my mail. I'm so sad, frustrated and now out of $50.00 dollars. That was my first time shopping online and it will be my last. I'm just a widowed grandma. I lost my husband of 20 years as of last June 7th 2021 and he loved online shopping, but I don't have him here to help me. Any advice would be appreciated.

You forgot to mention that on the 18th you sent me a pic of the art in your home that your neighbor had picked it up when it was delivered on the 10th. Or how my listing in no way mentions a living creature as I do not sell live things, plus it being against Etsy policy to do so. You don't mention how I offered a refund with the return of the art that you still can't provide proof that you sent back. You falsely claim you used the same tracking # from when I sent it despite FedEx telling me they don't do that. Also about how you contacted me just today demanding I let you pick items from my store for free to make up for the fact that I would dare charge $40 for an original painting. I'm surprised you want anything else since my art "isn't any good and not worth it" quoted from you from one of many harassing messages

I am absolutely in love with this piece. It's very original and the details are careful and thoughtful. The print is currently in a shop being framed right now but I look forward to posting photos of its final hanging place. I would also definitely give this shop owner 5 stars for a great customer experience. We had some issues with the post office in her area losing the first item she sent out, but she was great about tracking it down, sending a replacement, and making sure my time wasn't wasted. I'm very thankful for the great customer experience and for the beautiful print.

The art of stippling is amazing, as this piece of art shows in this piece of a snow owl . Never have seen this technique, extremely pleased that I have now ! Great experience , from placing the order to receiving it .
