When I look at society today I have sensation of isolation. People have become robotic, stoic, numb from watching their habitats slowly DE-construct. I found solace in the theme of this sculpture, a robot stopping work in order to bask in the simple beauty of a dragon fly that has alighted on its hand. You see from the work bench the robot is working on parts for another on its kind, but he is perplexed with the problem of how do you put the wind that has broken off back on this organic object. That is fact, for this robot is the second in my series of robotic sculptures that exam life in this human world.
