Returns and exchange details

At least one of us inspects each item before it ships. We do our best but we are not prefect and some returns are inevitable. Please read the following return policy before placing your order.

- No returns after 10 days of receiving the product
- Any custom items that cannot be restocked are a final sale item. No returns.
- If you receive a damaged item you must contact us within 3 days of receiving item.
- If you don't like the item you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and are subject to a $5 restocking fee and pay for return shipping.

We do our best to satisfy our customers. If you simply are not satisfied please message us and we will work with you for a return/replacement and or a refund.

Shipping policies

For US customers most items will ship with USPS. A tracking number will be provided only if you upgrade to First Class shipping. Ready to ship items will be shipped in one business day except on national holidays. Made to order items will be shipped in 3-5 business days except on national holidays.

Priority shipping, insurance and express shipping options available for an added fee.

Address on record through Etsy Direct Checkout is used as shipping address.

We insure international orders and ship with USPS International. Items are insured for the full amount with a tracking number. Expect longer shipping times with international shipping but you already probably know that.
