Peyote with a Twist - not crochet / Peytwist / Pwat / Pattern / pdf ENGLISH / Tutorial with word chart / beading pattern / Shiny Bead Art / Jane Junkert /Christmas Pattern / Christmas Necklace

Pattern: "SANTA CLAUS" (Language: ENGLISH)
Circumference: 16 beads - double column seam.

You will need rocailles 11/0 or 15/0, a needle and a tearproof thread, e.g. fireline0,12mm or 4lb. Your thread tension should not be too high so that the necklace becomes more flexible.

This pattern is only suitable for beaders who already master the beading technique "Peyote with a Twist - not Crochet" (short PeyTwist) developed by Gerlinde Lenz. Peytwist makes it possible to bead tubular necklaces or bracelets that look like crocheted, thus saving the time-consuming stringing of beads.
This is NOT A PATTERN FOR BEAD CROCHET and this is NOT A GUIDE FOR THE BEADING TECHNIQUE but a pattern I have designed for a Peytwist tube necklace or bracelet. You will need rocailles in size 11/0.
Gerlinde Lenz invented this wonderful and special peyote connection technique and shared it completely selflessly in the Facebook Group "Peyote with a Twist - not Crochet". Peyote experienced beaders are welcome in the FB group. All information about this technique are available for free and there is a lively exchange and mutual learning.

The 26-page English pdf pattern for instant download includes:
- Title page with color examples
- color scheme, number of beads per repeat, estimated amount of beads needed
- basic and helpful hints
- terms of use
- word chart

Existing EU VAT law requires that for sales to European countries the value-added tax applicable in the buyer's country will be charged. The pattern will be delivered electronically as PDF (instant download from etsy after payment confirmation).

You need a pdf reader to open the file.

OK... so I have completed both patterns. Easy to follow the word chart. I used Size 11/0 Which for my level of competence are much easier than 15/0. No errors in the pattern. I plan to put 5or6 mm round leather cord thru the piece to give it more stable shape due to using 11/0. I will attach the clasp to the leather. One I made as a bracelet and the other a necklace, love both! Thank you. Instant download. Thanks for helping me to clearly order English. I have done about 4 prior PWAT, 1 in 8/0and 3 in 11/0.. Very simple patterns. This will be my first what I consider “ Advanced”pattern. I looked through the download and it is in color, large print, clear images, excellent word chart. Lots of general info with images on bead colors and how too. It is a”long” pattern. I can’t wait to begin.
