Every wine cup is handmade using a buff stoneware clay. The sea turtle is stamped on a slab and applied to the cup. Fired to cone 5 in my oxidation kiln. Food safe glazes only. Wine cup is microwaveable and dishwasher safe.

Each wine cup is handmade with care, please allow for slight variation from piece to piece. Holds approximately 15 ounces.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Each piece I make is made with love and hard work, and I try to be really accurate with my descriptions of my items so there are no surprises upon arrival. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the piece, send me a message within 5 days of receiving your piece. I do not refund shipping costs, but if I end up sending you a new item, I will not charge for shipping of that item. Returns must be made within 30 days of letting me know you intend to refund. Once I receive the piece, I will issue your refund.

Please note that items being returned to me must arrive in the condition that you received them. I will not refund for pieces that arrive broken, so wrap and box with care.

If your piece arrives damaged, you must let me know within 5 days of recieving that piece. It happens on rare occasion that a piece does not survive its travels to you (despite how carefully I package it!). If your item arrives damaged, I will require a photograph of that item so I can file a claim with the USPS. Please hang on to the broken item, in case the USPS wants to see it. I will then replace your item at no cost to you, but will need you to allow for production time if the item is one of a kind or not in stock.

I do not refund custom made pieces if they have a name or date on them, or any other design that would cause them to be un-sellable to someone else.

Shipping policies

I ship via USPS priority mail. International orders are shipped via USPS first class mail.

USPS priority mail comes with tracking, and I will inform you of the tracking number once your item has shipped.

If the shipping charges are over $3 of cost of shipping plus cost of packaging materials, I will issue a refund of the difference.
