This quad-folded pocket style wedding invitation in mocha brown and pumpkin/orange with satin ribbon and cardstock belly band, hand-cut and painted maple leaves, 2 tabbed pages, rsvp postcard, and included ivory linen envelope is the perfect unique invitation for your big day, and one that your guests will always remember!

This pocket-fold wedding invitation is 5x7" in size, which fits perfectly into the included A-7 ivory linen envelope. The mocha brown textured cardstock quad-fold pocket coverlet, which is hand-cut (notched), scored and folded by hand, opens when the ribbon/stripe pattern printed belly band is slipped off. A 3"x2.25" hand-cut maple leaf with bride/groom names and wedding date printed is hold punched and strung on the ribbon tendril of the belly band.

When opened, a matching ivory linen inlay piece with light brown stripe printed pattern is secured behind 2 pages with ceremony details printed on first page, and reception details printed on second page. Both pages are attached to the coverlet at the top with a lovingly hand-painted .75" 6-layer acrylic autumn maple leaf and a silver brad. When your guests are ready to head to your special day... they can release the brad from the back of the invite, take out the two top pieces and bring them along (for event addresses and information) without having to take the entire invitation along!

A 3.5x5" size rsvp postcard (with included postcard stamp) is slipped both pages. It can either be a simple attendee generator, or you may add your dinner entrée choices also! I design my invitation sets with a postcard style response card - it helps keep the cost of the invitation set down as postcard stamps are generally about $.15 less than the regular first class stamp price - and you don't have the added cost of the response card envelope (saves you about $.40 per invitation). However, if you would like a traditional style response card and matching ivory linen 4-bar size envelope, an additional $.25 would be added per invitation set. - How do I place my full invitation order?
Simply click the drop down box under “quantity” in the right-hand column to choose the number of invitation sets you would like, and click the "add to cart" button to head to checkout. You may send me the wording details either by adding them to the “personalization” area in this listing before checkout, or send me a message with:
- Bride and Groom names (first and last)
- Wedding date
- Ceremony venue name and address
- Times (ceremony, cocktails, dinner & dancing)
- Rsvp by date
- Return address
and I will send digital proofs for your approval for print... once your order purchase has been made. One of the unique aspects of my shop is that I allow you to make as many rounds of changes necessary for approval, without any added cost to you! Please send me a message with any custom requests, colors / wording / etc. and I’ll be happy to talk with you! If you need additional cards, digital calligraphy (envelope printing), etc., you may also send me a message, and I will create a separate reserved listing just for you to purchase with those additions and order price adjustment.

- How long will it take to receive my final invitation order?
Please note that your invitations are made only by my two hands... orders require about 6-8 weeks for production from order purchase date. If you need them in hand by a specific date, you may inquire about my schedule availability and I will do my best to accommodate your time frame! Rush orders are normally no problem, but please add $.75 to each invitation set. Please contact me with your final count, and I will be happy to create a rush order reserved listing for you in my shop for you to purchase and place your order!

- Can I customize or change my full invitation order wording?
Customization is no problem, AND no additional cost to you! Colors, format, and wording can be customized specifically for your day, so ask about different options... if you can dream it, I can make it happen!

- Do I get to see my invitations before they are printed?
The digital proofing process, with unlimited rounds of changes, will follow your full order purchase. Final invitations will be printed when digital proofs are perfect and approved! If changes need to be made once they have been approved and printed, additional cost will incur to re-print.

- How Do I add digital calligraphy or additional information cards to my order?
Please contact me by sending me a message with the additional items you would like to add to your order, and I will happily create a "reserved listing" with your first name on it in my shop. I will then send you the direct link just for you to purchase and place your order! You may add your wording right to the listing before heading to checkout and we will move on to the digital proofing process so you may approve the wording of each one of your pieces for print.

- Do I pay in full, or a deposit first?
In full please :)

- What stamp do I need to put on my rsvp postcards?
A $.36 postcard stamp (USPS prices subject to change) will need to be purchase at your local post office and added to your rsvp postcard before mailing to your guests! Each rsvp postcard will be nestled into each invitation upon arrival - you will simply shimmy the postcard up a bit and add the stamp to the back.

- What kind of stamp do I need to put on the invitation envelopes?
This invitation requires a $.70 stamp (USPS prices subject to change) to mail to your guests as the ribbon knot creates slightly more than a 1/4" bump in the envelope. The post office has a few darling stamp designs to choose from in this amount, including a wedding bouquet here: https://store.usps.com/store/results/over-49-cents/stamps/_/N-17d6oqbZ9y93lv. When you take your invitations in to the post office to be mailed - I recommend requesting "non-machinable" :)

- Do you ship Internationally?
I ship Priority Mail all over the world which takes about 14 business days, contact me for shipping quotes. Orders to UK will require additional “duty” fees or “VAT” taxes that buyer will need to pay once your package arrives at UK Customs - buyer is notified by their local post office of that fee once it arrives in the country.

- How do I order a sample first?
I would love to make a sample for you to see in person before you order - of course! Simply select “1” in the quantity drop down box and click the add to cart button to head to checkout. Your sample will be created and mailed (regular mail so you can see how it will arrive to your guests) within 2-3 days of your purchase.

- Can I customize my sample invitation wording?
For sure! You may send the wording to me by including it right here in this listing before you head to checkout, or send me a message. If you’re not that far yet in planning, I would be happy to simply print sample wording. *****This sample is to view design/colors in person - please do not expect wording to be perfect, it will be finalized during the digital proofing process once your full order is purchased.

- How long will it take to receive my sample invitation?
I create my samples within 48 hours of purchase. I send them out regular mail so that you will see what your guests will open when they arrive! Total time, roughly 1 business week, give or take a few depending on the speed of the post office.
