Refunds and exchanges are a case by case basis. All items are packed with the utmost care. When parcels leave my hands, I cannot be held responsible for reckless mail couriers or beasts roaming in the night. However, if your items arrive damaged, send me a photograph and we will find a remedy.

All paper items (zines, stickers, post cards) are posted with good old fashioned stamps and do not come with a tracking number. "Non-machinable" items (buttons, etc.) are shipped using Etsy's USPS shipping labels.

Please check and double check your work. I am not responsible for items lost or returned due to errors in the shipping address. Should your parcel be returned due to a typo on your part, you accept fault and will be charged for shipping a second time.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE. The cost to ship non-machinable items abroad comes with a hefty price tag. This is beyond my control, as USPS shipping rates have quadrupled since I first started selling on Etsy. Forgive me, and forgive the post office.

If an order is sent back to me, the order will be refunded (minus shipping). You can re-order if you wish, ensuring the mailing address is correct.
