Beyond stellar customer service! I messaged seller on a Tuesday asking about expedited shipping. She let me know that in order to receive the print by Friday, I needed to order by 10:30 am that day. I did not meet that deadline and ordered at around 3 pm. I put it in the notes that I was the one that had emailed her earlier and I know I didn’t meet the deadline to have it that week but I would still appreciate any rush service she could offer me. I was notified when it went to print and then again when it was shipped. The print and frame I ordered on Tuesday at 3pm was delivered Thursday around 1pm even though I didn’t meet the expedited shipping deadline!! I could not be more appreciative of the work put into getting me this item on time. Not to mention the quality of the print and frame!
