HAWAII'S FLAG ON UNUSED VINTAGE POSTCARD

Once island monarchy standard, a combination of American stripes, England's Union Jack and French tri-color. This fine specimen found in the Bishop Museum in Honolulu. The photo of of the flag is attributed to Stewart Fern and the publisher of the card is listed as Ray Helbig's Hawaiian Service. This is part of the Nani Lii series (means Little Beauty). I'm thinking this card is probably from the 50s or 60s.

Great colour on this unused card, which is in very good condition. Nice historical piece for your collection. Please have a look at the scan and feel free to ask any questions you might have. Thanks for stopping by The Old Barn Door. Click here to return to my shop to find more treasures
