HISTORY: Haeger Potteries, Inc., Dundee, Illinois, started making commercial art wares in 1914. Haeger became recognized for its striking designs ranging from the dramatic to the whimsical. As America’s oldest and largest producer of pottery, Haeger produced a diversity of products including dinnerware but became especially known for vases, figurines, miniature animals, birds, flowers and lamps – as well as other unusual and useful accessories of exquisite taste. Their pieces continually attracted the attention of collectors worldwide. Haeger Potteries operated as a family-owned American business for 4 generations, since its founding in 1871 and was proud to have been a part of East Dundee for 145 years. The firm closed in 2016.

A bit about vintage...a vintage item is at least 20 years old. Sometimes items can be found that have been stored for years and have remained somewhat pristine; others have been gently used and may bear the signs of this but this patina of age can add to the item's charm. All items are described as accurately as I possibly can, any major flaws and defects will be noted in my photos which are provided to illustrate each item. Items may appear larger than they are, make sure you carefully review the dimensions listed in the product description. Colors may vary slightly from lighting or from the color on your screen due to monitor color restrictions.
Before submitting your order please make sure you read the full description and view all of the images provided and ask all questions. Due to the vintage nature of my items, I do not accept returns or offer refunds.
