Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

Items can be returned, (patterns in uncut condition), for store credit within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless we are at fault, such as if we sent the wrong item.

Shipping policies

We ship within 1 week of payment verification, via the U.S. Postal Service.
We generously allow 2 weeks for domestic delivery, and 6 weeks for International delivery before refunding due to non-arrival.

Please note that my original patterns are to be used for personal use only! You may use my patterns to make quilts for yourself, for gifts, and for charity.
