Choose 3 photos of each person, with a clear view of their features. If you chose “full-size portraits”, please be sure to send a photo that shows an overall silhouette of the person.

* Personal Attributes (Skin tone / hair color / eye color / hair style -> please refer to a photo)
* For Pets (height reference / breed / eye color / fur color)
* Clothing (Top/Bottom/Shoes): Please refer to a photo
* Accessories, if applicable (Special jewelry/Sunglasses/Glasses/etc)
* Quotes/Names/Dates you'd like to include in the portrait

Since Etsy convo only lets you send 3 photos per message, you can send me the photos + description via email at yay[at] himisscupcake.com if you prefer :)

Latest turnaround time:
- 1st proof: 2-3 weeks from the date you sent the email w/photos+details.
- Revision: 3-4 business days for revision rounds
- Printing & Production: 4-5 business days
- Shipping (first class): 3-5 business days (expect delays from USPS)

✿ Please note that failure to maintain communication in regards to your purchased custom work will cause delay in the delivery of the final product. ✿

Client will be given one (1) original illustration, then two (2) rounds of revisions of the chosen illustration. At this stage, the client can request minor changes, such as changes in colors, font, composition, simple facial details, banner, or any text. If further revisions are requested after the initial two rounds, Hi Miss Cupcake will make modifications at a fee of $20 per revision rounds.

For any major changes that were not discussed during the initial pre-illustration process, for example, changing person’s pose, changing hairstyle, etc., will be charged an additional fee of $10 per revision.

✿ Please note that revisions, extensive alterations, or a switch in design may result in a delayed completion date. ✿

Due to the customized nature of my work, Hi Miss Cupcake does not accept returns or offer refunds.

Colors depicted on your screen may be slightly different from the actual print due to monitor/calibration.

Getting to know the needs of my customers & keeping in contact during the custom order process is very important in creating the darling piece of portrait you deserve! I do my best to communicate during with each customers during every phase of the custom order process.

Please note that upon purchase, failure to maintain communication in regards to your products will result in a cancelled order with a refund, less 20% to cover the lost time contacting the buyer.

The rights to all design, illustration, and artwork remain with Hi Miss Cupcake. Unless a purchase of “All Rights” is negotiated with Hi Miss Cupcake and/or the company’s authorized representative, you may not use or reproduce the design or the images therein for a purpose other than the one(s) originally stipulated.

If you wish to use the design and/or images within it for another purpose or project, you must contact Hi Miss Cupcake to arrange the transfer of rights and any additional fees before proceeding.

Hi Miss Cupcake reserves the right to photograph, distribute, or publish any work created for you for the company’s promotional and marketing needs.

My usual response time is 24 hours during the weekdays, and 48 hours on the weekends/holidays.

I give ample amount of reminders and time for you to review your proofs and get back to me. However, please note that upon delivery of the digital proof(s), failure to communicate back to me regarding the proof within 1 week of the communication will be considered as "Approved for Final Release As-Is" and no further changes can be made without additional fee to reopen the order.
