Grace is very easy to work with and the whole process took less than a month from order to arrival. I only needed 1 revision to clarify some coloring and features, but other than that, the portrait was spot on.
I highly recommend this store!

- Revision: 3-4 business days for revision rounds
- Printing & Production: 4-5 business days

Client will be given one (1) original illustration, then two (2) rounds of revisions of the chosen illustration. At this stage, the client can request minor changes, such as changes in colors, font, composition, simple facial details, banner, or any text. If further revisions are requested after the initial two rounds, Hi Miss Cupcake will make modifications at a fee of $20 per revision rounds.
For any major changes that were not discussed during the initial pre-illustration process, for example, changing person’s pose, changing hairstyle, etc., will be charged an additional fee of $10 per revision.

Due to the customized nature of my work, Hi Miss Cupcake does not accept returns or offer refunds.
