*Please Note: the EYE PILLOW BAG is SMALL & LIGHTWEIGHT to best meet the needs of most of my customers who intend to use this as a Weighted Sleep Mask - with the great feedback from my customers over the years, we've come upon the ideal bag size/weight that pairs well with the tightness of the strap to make a right pressure and fit on face for a WEIGHTED SLEEP MASK - this bag size/weight makes a nice small eye pillow bag that sits inside the eye sockets to fully block out light but does NOT go down the sides of the face - this bag can also be used as a small heating pack for middle of your back/neck- BUT if you are wanting to use this as mainly an EYE PILLOW that goes over the face sides more, the bag may NOT be long or heavy enough to meet your needs - I did plan to develop a larger Eye Pillow only product with removable covers this year, but the pandemic made me turn my attention to making face masks instead - but I hope to get it developed soon!

Use for: (** instructions on the back of Label)
• Relaxation: aromatherapy from the scent of Lavender flowers (for scented Bags)
• Stress Relief: soothing light pressure from the weighted Flaxseed
• Heat Pack**: heat Bag (+ Cover ok) in microwave for 30 seconds to help soothe headaches and swollen sinuses (IMPORTANT: Do NOT microwave the Strap – it has metal parts)
• Cold Pack**: put in freezer for 30 minutes to make a cold compress for puffy eyes

ADJUSTABLE Plush Satin Elastic STRAP (Latex-free) – includes ONE (1) Strap:
- High-quality plush satin elastic (88% Nylon, 12% Latex-free Spandex) with Nylon-coated metal hooks and slide
- Removable: use metal hooks that attach to the fabric loops on back of Cover
- Adjustable fit: slide allows you to adjust the length to best fit your head
- Do NOT microwave strap but safe to machine wash and dry
- Strap Dimensions: 3/4" wide x adjustable length up to 17" (wear with Strap going around the base of the head/top of neck for best fit)
