How long will my order take?

There are two parts: making it, then shipping it. Every item is made after you order, so nothing ships straight away. Production takes 3–5 business days. Once it ships, delivery is usually 3–5 business days within the USA and 10–20 business days internationally. These are estimates rather than guarantees. International parcels can also sit in customs for a while, which is outside anyone's control.

What size should I order?

Please check the size chart on the listing before ordering — sizing is the most common reason someone ends up disappointed, and it's the easiest thing to get right. Our charts show body measurements, so measure yourself and match to a size rather than guessing from what you wear in other brands. If you're between sizes, we suggest going down. Still not sure? Message us your waist and hip measurements and the item you're looking at, and we'll tell you which size we'd pick. We'd far rather spend two minutes on this than have you wait weeks for something that doesn't fit.

What are they made of? Are they squat-proof?

A soft polyester and elastane blend — roughly 75–82% polyester and 18–25% elastane depending on where it's made — at 225–230 g/m². That weight matters. It's substantial enough to be genuinely opaque when you bend and stretch, rather than the thin fabric that gives leggings a bad name. There's four-way stretch, a flat elastic waistband that stays put, overlock and coverstitch seams, and UPF 50+ if you're outdoors.

Machine wash cold with similar colours and hang dry. Skip the tumble dryer, fabric softener and ironing. The print is infused into the fibres rather than sitting on top of them, so it won't crack or peel — but heat is what shortens the life of the elastane, so cool washes and air drying will keep them stretchy for far longer.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll get a notification with tracking as soon as your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours after that for the carrier's page to start updating — a label existing isn't the same as the parcel being scanned.

What is your return policy?

If something isn’t right — such as a printing or stitching fault, fabric defect, transit damage, or an incorrect item — please message us within **21 days of delivery** with clear photos. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. In most cases, no return is required. Each SeeMyLeggings piece is **made to order**, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour choice, or style preference. Please check the size chart before ordering. If you’re unsure, message us with your measurements and we’ll be happy to help you choose the best fit.

Anything else I should know?

Cancellations: message us immediately — production starts fast, and once printing begins we can't stop it. Men's and kids' sizes: we make meggings and kids' leggings in the same prints, just not listed yet. Message us and we'll set one up. Multiple parcels: different products are made at different facilities, so mixed orders may arrive separately. Nothing is missing. Colours: photos are computer mock-ups lit by your screen. Actual shades and print placement can vary slightly. Missing parcel: wait one more day, check with neighbours and your local depot, then message us. If it's genuinely lost, we'll reship free. Customs: international duties are set by your country, payable by you, and can add delays.

Good to know:
- In areas where the fabric is double-layered (like pockets), details from the inner fabric layer may subtly show through, especially with lighter designs.
- Contact with rough surfaces should be avoided, as they can pull out the white fibers in the fabric and damage the leggings.
- In case of low fabric stock, we may use comparable fabric to fulfill the order; the substitute will be as close to the original as possible.
