Description

The title of this image is “Seattle’s Iron Pergola.” It was taken in the Pioneer Square district, Seattle, Washington. It will look great in an office, home, library, reading room, music room, den, store, waiting area, anywhere where you might want to make a statement. Great for resale or give as a gift.

Iron Pergola, erected in 1909 as a stop for the Yesler and James Street Cable Car Company. This waiting shelter was the most lavish of its kind west of the Mississippi with ornamental iron columns, wrought iron ornamentation and a large underground restroom. The pergola was designed by Seattle architect Julian Everett, who also designed the Leamington Hotel and Apartments. Today the Victorian-style structure serves a more recreational purpose by providing shade for visitors to one of the city's most popular public places. A 1972 restoration returned the Iron Pergola to its former elegance, and it remains one of the most memorable features of this historic area. It is a National Historic Landmark.

These prints are stunning and the web samples are small digital images that do not convey the rich colors and fine detail. I use archival paper and inks. I use an 8-color ink professional printer so that the color range, depth and saturation are truly amazing. These are gallery quality prints and will last a very long time if cared for properly.

Please remember that I preserve all the rights to my images; they are copyrighted by me and they cannot be reproduced by anyone.

The photograph is unframed.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
All payments will be made in United States Dollars (USD). I prefer the PayPal form of payment - you do not need to be signed up with PayPal to use PayPal, just have a valid credit card. Payment must be received before I will ship the item. Any payment other than the above will result in my returning the improper payment and cause the delay in shipping until proper payment is received, or possible cancellation of the order. I expect payment to be made promptly; within 5 working days is preferred. However it is my desire to work with you if there are valid reasons why payment may be delayed. All Washington State residents will pay state sales tax. Cancellations of a purchase are strongly discouraged and must be mutually agreed upon. Communication with me is very important if you experience any problems or issues.

Returns & exchanges

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
I do not make exchanges. All sales are final. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced or your money returned, depending on the item. Photographs that arrive damaged must be returned to me; you will pay the return postage. I will send a replacement photograph. Items that are lost in shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser to resolve. Prints are stunning and the Etsy samples are small digital images that do not convey the rich colors and fine detail. Be sure you want the item before you purchase. If you have any questions please e-mail me – I try hard to make sure all of my descriptions are correct. There are no other recourses available to the purchaser.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Since these are downloadable right after payment I cannot offer a refund. I do want you to be happy with your purchase so if there is a problem I want to know right away to see if I can resolve the issue.
