Please be certain of your size when you order, as we cannot accept any returns because of the intimate nature of lingerie. Each item is packaged in tamper proof packaging.

Although, if for some reason I do personally approve a return, the item must be received within 30 days of original shipping date.

Shipping policies

We ship via USPS First Class by default.
If you need faster shipping service please select priority mail or express shipping option.

Additional policies

Custom orders are welcome. If you do not see your size available just send a convo with your bust, waist and hips measurements and your height. All products are designed in Staten Island, NY in our design studio. Some products are made here in US and some in our European workshop in Lithuania.
