Description

A gorgeous October afternoon at Kent Falls, located in western Connecticut. This part of the state is so beautiful!

This is an open edition, printed on heavyweight archival paper with satin finish. The print is 8x10 inches available with or without an 11x14, acid-free, white mat that is ready for framing. Fits standard frames. Of course, no watermark on actual print. Signed on the mat by the artist. As with all my matted prints, each is protected in a crystal-clear poly-sleeve. (Frame not included, just want to give you an idea of how gorgeous it will look when framed!)

    Really lovely interpretation of Kent Falls. Very beautiful. Joe was very easy to work with and very responsive--even though it was holiday time when I placed the order.

    Beautiful photo...even better in person. Joe was excellent to work with. Very responsive and received the photo matted shortly after ordering it.

    I was very excited to for this item and Joe was very helpful in shipping this item in time for Christmas. However, the quality just isn't what I would have expected. The matte was applied either crooked initially or just poorly so that it arrived crooked. The print was not packaged in a way that would have taken care of the print and the matte, so it was allowed to jostle around within the box...likely contributing the the matte tape and print becoming misaligned. I'm also not as impressed with the print itself as I would have liked. I feel like the image is not very clear and would have also looked better on a glossy photo paper. I'm pretty disappointed with the outcome honestly. I probably would have been wiser to spend my money elsewhere, sadly.

    I was very sorry it didn't work out for this buyer. My credo here is "The Customer is Always Right" -- so I strive to deliver high quality prints, and I will always address any issues, complaints, etc, and I offer a guarantee. As stated at the top of my page, all prints are done on semi-gloss paper. I'm happy to provide quotes for prints on other papers/surfaces. I was also very sorry to hear that the print was jostled from its mat. That should not have happened; my apologies to the buyer. I will always provide another print or refund if this should ever occur. I only wish the buyer had allowed me a short window to respond to her complaints before leaving this review. Please see all the other reviews to get a clearer picture of customer satisfaction, no pun intended!

Shipping policies

I will ship as quickly as possible. Standard turn-around time on matted prints is 3-5 business days. For canvas prints, allow 2-3 weeks for delivery (US), shipped from West Hartford, CT. Buyers outside of US responsible for any VAT or import fees.
