You will love the glow power of this black light banner! I use fluorescent pink, green, orange, and yellow posterboard to make this eye-catching banner. It will add that WOW factor to your next black light party.
NOTE: This listing is for a banner with just HAPPY BIRTHDAY and no name and two four-foot garlands to hang above and below the banner. Use the pull-down menu to select a name banner based on the number of letters in the name. Each letter is $1.50.
Each letter is 3.5" high (see the picture with my hand to get a better idea of how big the letters are). These papers do not glow in the dark. They do, however, light up like crazy under black light, as you can see from the photos.
If you would like to switch out the dots for stars or flowers, or if you are having a party for a boy and would like to eliminate the pink, just send me a message and we can work out those details. I have other banner listings in my shop if you search “glow party.”

I ordered this for my glow in the dark party it was just perfect, it glowed just as shown in the picture..The only thing that I was not to fond of is that it was a bit to small for my background. I would differately recommend and reorder this item.
