Returns and exchange details

If your order arrives damaged or you are otherwise unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to discuss an exchange or refund.

All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. While we realize that occasionally a package is lost, if the confirmation shows the package as being delivered, we cannot offer a refund. Please check with the shipping service, neighbors and other people in your home to see if they have seen the package.

All sales are final on any custom or sale items. All other item sales are final after 30 days.

Shipping policies

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless requested otherwise, and are shipped to the address you provided on the payment invoice. If you realize after you place your order that the address is incorrect or you wish your order to be delivered to a different address, please comment in the Notes to Seller section of your order or contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@onceuponahive.com to make other arrangements.

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Items that are shipped outside of the US may incur additional customs fees or country taxes depending on your location. These fees (if any) are the BUYERS responsibility upon receipt of your item. Once Upon A Hive neither controls nor collects any of these fees.
