I do offer a 2-month layaway on orders of $200 or more. I require 35% down with 35% due 30 days later and the balance on day 60. I will not ship until the entire order is paid for.
I do! But only by Priority Mail International or Priority Mail International Express. The exception is Canada. I offer first class to Canada as well as Priority. Please contact me with your full address for an international shipping quote.
I accept returns if an item does not meet your expectations. This is a partnership and I want you to be satisfied with the outcome! Contact me within 3 days of receipt and post within 7 days of receipt. I ship insured to you and insurance is required on your return shipment to me. Should the item be lost or damaged in either direction, the postal service will issue your refund. This is important to note as it can take them time to do so. If it's lost or damaged on the way to you, I will initiate the claim as I know the package details the postal service asks for. If it's lost or damaged on the way back to me, I can still file the claim, will just need package details from you, including your return postage with insurance cost.
