This illustration is a fine artprint, printed from one of my original watercolor handmade by myself in Paris.
It is part of the “View of Japan” series, created from my photographs and travel memories of Japan.

Near the Tokyo Tower, the neighborhood where I settled a few days in spring 2018 was so cute and typical. Plants here and there, looked after by the inhabitants of the district, small stalls and discreet cafes, music was even broadcast in the evening, bikes, put there for a moment and always these jumbled electric wires, so Tokyo ...!
Coming back to this little neighborhood in the evening after long days of visiting was really soothing. So I dreamed of making a watercolor of this street, which I used every day to find this atmosphere ...
