Dell Cove Spice Co.'s magnetic spice tins help you create a DIY spice rack or home organization set - and with 16 food safe metal tins that includes labels and software, it makes great wedding gift or housewarming present.

This is for 16 empty food-grade magnetic tins – which means they’re safe to put food into – with rolled-edge clear tops that slip on the tin to close. They can be stored on almost any metal surface (refrigerator, oven hood, grill, etc). Please note: These tins will stick to the side of a stainless steel refrigerator, but not to the front of it.

The snug lids keeps your herbs and spices fresh inside the tin. Perfect for apartments, RVs or small kitchens! Free up valuable cabinet and counter space - but they're also useful in offices or craft rooms to keep spaces tidy.

TIN SIZE: The slip-top, rolled-edged tins seal snugly on their own, so you don’t need to worry about them bursting open. Each tin container is about 3 inches wide and about 1 inch high.

HOW MUCH SPICE DO THESE TINS HOLD? Depending on the spice and its weight, each tin holds up to 2.5 ounces of spice. (The round metal plate that the tins are attached to in the third photo is not included. Please note: The photos are only examples of how we - and customers - have used our tins in their own kitchens.)

I'M STILL CONFUSED. HOW MUCH SPICE WILL THESE HOLD? Great question. Spices have different net weights. Some are light and fluffy (think basil, oregano, saffron). Some are very dense (think sea salts, whole peppercorns). Volume-wise, these tins can hold between 1/4 and 1/3 cup of seasonings. Which is just enough to have on hand to work with - but not so much that the spice will fade if you don't use them up in six months.

WHERE DO THEY STICK? The tins can be stored on most metal surfaces (think refrigerator, oven hood, grill, etc). But please note: These tins will stick to the side of a stainless steel refrigerator, but not to the front of it.

LABELS? You have two options for labels:

- Option 1: You DIY the labels yourself! You will receive a sheet with 20 blank round labels with your order, and we will send you a Word Document template for those labels to the email address on your invoice. (File works best with a PC computer.)

- Option 2: We print the labels for you! During check out, you tell us in the NOTES TO SELLER the name of the spices and the color you would like the text of the labels to be. We will print out the labels for you. Please note: the font we use will be a bold Botoni MT Black. The colored fonts available are red, orange, green, teal, blue, purple, pink, brown and black.

Frequently asked questions about dellcovespices

Many of our product listings allow customers to personalize their order by picking from a long list of flavors or seasoning varieties. If you say you want to pick your flavors - but don't give us that information - we will attempt to contact you via Etsy's convo system and through the email address listed on the invoice. If we don't hear back from you within 7 calendar days after the order was placed, we will cancel and refund you that portion of your order.
If you need your order shipped out the same day - and we have the ability and ingredients to fill your order - we're happy to do so. We charge a flat $25 rush fee per rush order.

Additional fees apply if you would like expedited shipping via USPS Express Mail or Federal Express. Please contact us about setting up a custom listing for this service.
Our Christmas rush starts in early November and continues through late December. During this period, we do our best to get products out as quickly as possible. However, it can take TWO (2) weeks or more for orders to be filled.

During these rush times, we regularly update our shop announcement and Facebook page - http://www.facebook.com/dellcovespices - for shipping updates.
1. Verify the shipping address on your invoice is correct.
2. Look around the delivery location for a notice of attempted delivery. (Is there a sheet of paper on your door or inside your mailbox?)
3. Look around the delivery location for your package. (Was the package left near your back door? In the front bushes?)
4. Check with neighbors and others at the delivery location, to see if someone else accepted the delivery. (This does happen. Shocking, but true!)
5. Contact your local post office, to see if they are holding the package. (The post office may not have been able to delivery the order for some reason.)
6. Wait 48 hours. Why? Packages can show as delivered via USPS, but still actually be in transit.
7. Contact us so we can help!
You will need to go to your local post office branch to pick up your package. If you don't pick up your package from the post office, then USPS will return the order to us after a period of time. If your package is returned to us without a return authorization, then we will assume you have refused delivery. If it was a food product(s) you ordered, the product(s) will be destroyed due to concerns over food safety.
We are happy to replace your order if a package arrives extremely damaged, free of charge. Just take photos of the damaged package, email them to us at dellcovespice [!at] gmail.com and let us know what happened. We want you and your taste buds to be happy with your purchase!
Returns are accepted if the product(s) is in its original packaging and has not been used, opened or damaged - and comes with proof of purchase, such as a copy of your invoice that we sent with your order. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges to return the product(s) to us. Custom orders, such as wedding favors, are non-refundable purchases.

We must receive the product(s) within 21 calendar days after the package has been delivered, according to the delivery tracker. After that point, due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns.
Contact us by email - at dellcovespice [!at] gmail.com - to make arrangements for a return, as return authorizations are required. Returns are void if the product arrives back to us damaged. (We suggest shipping products back via USPS Priority Mail - postal insurance comes automatically!)

Once we have received your return, and inspected the products, we will email you to let you know your return has arrived.

You have two options for a refund:
Option #1: Refund the amount of the original purchase, minus the original shipping fee.
Option #2: Store credit for the full amount of the original order.
