Returns and exchange details

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase & will do all we can to
meet your expectations.
We are unable to refund any item once it is shipped but if you want to exchange an item we are happy to assist you with that.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item & then return the item within 14 days for an exchange.
The buyer will be responsible for shipping expenses.
We are unable to refund custom orders.
If you have an issue with an order or item please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at hand.

Shipping policies

FREE Shipping will be applied when we process your order. At this time ETSY doesn't offer an option in the programming to deduct it before you check out.
So you will have to place your order, check out & then we can apply the FREE shipping by crediting back your funds. We apologize for any inconvenience but due to program design on the part of ETSY this is our only option to offer FREE shipping.

I will always try to COMBINE SHIPPING when possible if you buy multiple items & recalculate it after I receive the order & will refund the difference!

In an effort to keep the shipping costs to a minimum “Winebagz” & " Bandanas" will be folded & shipped in a bubble envelope. A warm iron will quickly remove any creases that
may have been a result of being folded to ship economically.

At this time we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only in the U.S. & Canada
Additional shipping chargers may occur for Hawaii & Alaska
(you will be notified prior to shipping for approval)

Additional policies

Due to the nature of some patterns the items that are sold may
not be identical to the items in the photo.
They will be from the same fabric & pattern but perhaps another part of the fabric
due to the cut.
If for any reason we can’t match the fabric in the photo-we will notify you prior to shipping to confirm that you are 100% in agreement.
Some colors may appear slightly different than actual fabric due to lighting.
“Gadgetbagz” should be kept away from hot surfaces.
“Gadgetbagz” are not intended as a toy for small children due to the contents.
DO NOT WASH “Gadgetbagz” in a washing machine due to contents.
